1. はじめに
BREAKERS（以下「本アプリ」）は、ビリヤードプレイヤーのための戦績記録・レーティング・コミュニティアプリです。本ポリシーでは、本アプリが利用者から取得する情報、その利用目的、共有先、利用者の権利について説明します。
2. 収集する情報
- アカウント情報: メールアドレス、表示名、プロフィール画像（Apple または Google でのサインイン時に取得）。
- プロフィール情報: 国・地域、ホームスポット、愛用キュー、自己紹介など、利用者自身が任意で登録する情報。
- 戦績データ: 試合記録、対戦相手、種目、スコア、レーティング履歴。
- 位置情報: 近くのビリヤード場を検索するために使用。検索結果の表示にのみ用い、サーバーには保存しません。
- 端末・アプリ情報: OS バージョン、アプリバージョン、クラッシュログなど。
3. 利用目的
- アカウント認証および本人確認。
- 戦績の記録・閲覧、レーティング計算、ランキング表示。
- 近隣ビリヤード場の検索・表示。
- サービスの改善、不具合調査、不正利用の防止。
- 本人への重要なお知らせの通知。
4. 第三者への提供
法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の個人情報を第三者に販売・提供することはありません。表示名・プロフィール・戦績は、本アプリの仕様上、他の利用者に公開されることがあります。
5. 利用する第三者サービス
- Google Firebase（認証、データ保管、プッシュ通知、分析）
- Apple Sign-In / Google Sign-In（認証）
- Google Maps Platform（ビリヤード場の地図・検索）
各サービスは独自のプライバシーポリシーを持ち、それぞれの規定に従って情報を取り扱います。
6. データの保存と削除
利用者は本アプリの設定画面からいつでもアカウントを削除できます。アカウント削除時には、プロフィール、戦績、フレンド関係、登録ホール情報など、本人に紐づくデータを合理的な期間内に削除します。法令で保管が義務付けられている情報、および不正利用防止のために必要な最小限のログはこの限りではありません。
7. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは 13 歳未満の利用を想定しておらず、13 歳未満の利用者から意図的に情報を収集することはありません。
8. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、サービスの変更や法令の改正に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内通知またはサポートページで周知します。

BREAKERS ("the App") is a match-tracking, rating, and community app for billiards players. This Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: email address, display name, profile picture (provided by Sign in with Apple or Google).
- Profile information: country, home spot, cues, bio, and other details you choose to add.
- Match data: game records, opponents, rules, scores, and rating history.
- Location: used only to find nearby billiards halls. We do not store your location on our servers.
- Device & app data: OS version, app version, crash logs.
3. How we use it
- Authenticating your account.
- Storing and displaying matches, computing ratings, and showing rankings.
- Searching for nearby billiards halls.
- Improving the service, debugging issues, and preventing abuse.
- Sending you important notices about your account.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except as required by law. Your display name, profile, and matches may be visible to other users of the App as part of normal operation.
5. Third-party services
- Google Firebase (authentication, storage, push notifications, analytics)
- Sign in with Apple / Google Sign-In (authentication)
- Google Maps Platform (maps and hall search)
Each provider has its own privacy policy and handles data according to its own terms.
6. Retention & deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the App's settings. When you do, we delete your profile, matches, friend relationships, and registered halls within a reasonable period, except for data we are legally required to keep or minimal logs needed to prevent abuse.
7. Children
The App is not intended for use by children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy as the service evolves or as required by law. Material changes will be announced in-app or on this support site.
